Dear Phil, Mark, Steve and Nicky,

As expected, no response or further questions or explanations from MICL following my email sent on 18th October 2024.

The break down of your relationship in June 2022 and the ensuing legal issues you are having to establish whether there was or was not a contract in place has absolutely nothing to do with the delivery of services conducted by Consult ZPS Ltd and the outstanding invoices that are owed.

Therefore, to remove any doubt or ambiguity:

• By continuing to not pay Consult ZPS Ltd; MICL - specifically Phil and Mark -      have stolen £158,100 from RBFT / the NHS / the public purse.
• By accepting the work that Consult ZPS Ltd - and its' subcontractors - did during May and June of 2022, in full knowledge that they have not been paid £158,100 for the work delivered; RBFT continue to enable this theft.

Neither of these optics look very good.

This week is the last opportunity to sort this out between us, as grown-up adults.  If you continue to ignore this, then I will regress into similar child-like behaviour and do what all kids do nowadays: post everything that comes to mind on the internet.....only my posts will be the truth and will be backed up by an interview with a journalist.
