A few days later (26th November 2024) I got an email....
But, when you click on the link....
I clicked on the Contact the NHS page
I clicked I want to report a mistake on the NHS website
A few days later (26th November 2024) I got an email....

On 15th November 2024, I filled out the form letting them know that the link on the NHS England page to report fraud linked to https://cfa.nhs.uk/reportfraud with the 404 error.

My case is resolved!
The people who are recieving the logged cals about problems on the NHS website.....can only make changes to www.nhs.uk
All they needed to do was update the link - on the page that they manage.....
